"Clouds" should be capitalized as it's being translated to English.
Remove the comma after Craiova
I would change "containing" to "featuring".
I wouldn't mention how it did commercially since it's not mention on the body of the article and that statement itself would need to be backed up by a source.
Background and release
Missing word "a" after "including".
I think just "hired" is fine instead "further hired".
At Eurovision
"and consisted of the final on 30 April 1994" I would change to "and the finals were held on 30 April 1994"
"Romania came in 21st position with 14 points" Out of how many positions? The 1994 ESC article mentions there were 25 countries in the finals. Erick (talk) 03:17, 23 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Misc
I did a quick search on Billboard and found it won Song of the Year from a Romanian magazine. Just thought you might be interested. Source
@Magiciandude: Hi there and thank you for your review! I believe I've adressed all your points. Also, thanks for the Billboard source; I didn't think it would write about such a topic, so it didn't come to my mind to search there... Cartoon network freak (talk) 13:07, 23 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, Billboard is surprisingly good with international music. I fixed the ref for Billboard, so it's all good to go! I now pass this article. Erick (talk) 13:54, 23 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
